Cameo Home Staging offers several pre-designed and customized services or we can design a package specifically with your budget and needs in mind.  Our focus is on creating an environment appealing to the majority of buyers and maximizing the potential of the home to achieve the fastest sale at the highest possible price. No matter what stage of the selling process you are in – whether preparing for sale or whether your home has already been listed, Cameo Home Staging is an essential element to quickly achieve the end result – getting your home from for sale to SOLD. 

Our services begin with an initial consultation and walk-through of the home.  During this initial meeting we will discuss your needs, budget and expectations and come up with a service package that meets your needs. 

Initial Consultation and Walk Through
A Cameo Home Staging consultant will meet with you to discuss your goals, expectations, and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.  This initial meeting will be one and two hours.  We will go over our 8-step FEEL HOME staging techniques while walking through your home as a buyer would, and gathering those all-important “first impressions.”  If time allows, we will give you a quick visual demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home.  We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a quick sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.   

“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction.  This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. 

Half Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
If your home is less than 2,000 square feet or needs just a little expert attention this service is for you.  The Cameo Home Staging consultant will use the Action Plan we began during the Initial Consultation and Walk Though to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home.  We will bring in our accessories to complete the look of each room and take great photos for you and your agent.  These photos will be your guide for what accessories you need to purchase to duplicate the look. 

Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes over 2,000 square feet.  Cameo Home Staging will spend a full day (up to six hours) making dramatic transformations to your home as described above in our Half Day of Home Staging.  

Action Plan
Add a ten page Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself.  We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan.  

New Listing OR Open House Weekend (Includes Action Plan)
For the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression, this service is perfect.  The Cameo Home Staging consultant will spend two full days transforming your house into a buyer’s dream home.  The consultant will prepare and work from a detailed Action Plan that will be given to you at the end of the session to complete the transformations.  To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!

Vacant Home Staging
If your home is vacant or sparsely furnished this service is for you.  It includes consultation, supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging.  To begin, the Cameo Home Staging consultant will meet with the home sellers and/or Real Agent to review the home and go over the process.  We will work with you to determine your budget and get the best possible price for all the rental furniture and home accessories needed.  We will be responsible for delivery, acceptance, and placement of all rental items that will create a warm and inviting home.  Once staging is complete, we will provide you with gorgeous “after” photos.  When your home is sold we will de-stage the home and coordinate the furniture pick up.  All of this keeps you from the stress of another move and puts your home in the best possible position to sell.  The price for this service varies depending on the size of the home and the rental items required.  Contact us for an estimate. 

Shopping Services
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look and feel of a room.
